In order to resolve your issue in a timely and efficient manner, we ask that you please submit a ticket.
On the City Net homepage you will see information technology at the top and from there click on IT Help Desk, or simply click here , then click on Report an Incident in the middle of the page.
This is the only way that we can accurately track our time, re-occurring incidents, identify incidents that are part of a larger issue, and maintain a complete record of incident communication throughout the process.
Once we have received your Ticket, a Help Desk representative will contact you, and work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
